You can change your plan at any time.
There is no limit to the number of emails you send each month. The only limitations are on the number of contacts you have which is specific to the plan you are on.
With customers who have more than 100,000 contacts we have a volume based pricing model. For further details please contact us.
Currently, we invoice directly to our customers. Each invoice is generated at the end of each calendar month to reflect the previous months usage.
When each individual who is on your existing contact database interacts with either an email or form on your website we pair their data in the background which allows you to see what pages they are visiting.
Basic CRM allows you to manage your sales pipeline by creating stages and adding notes and actions to each prospect. Full CRM allows you to take business leads identified within the system through your prospecting statuses as well as being able to create quotations and advanced reporting on sales forecasting and projections.
Each account is on a 12 month contract term.
As all of the analytics and reporting generated within the system relates to a single domain (i.e. www.somewhere.com) you would need different accounts for each domain.
